Countryside Inn and Suites

No one at the front desk. I had to dial a number and wait for someone to come register us. Area seems sketchy. People loitering around entrance.

Did not feel safe. Very shady experience in all. Will choose anotherplace to stay next time.

Great place to get a quick overnight sleep. Bed was decently comfortable. Looks like they’re in the middle of lots of maintenance and upgrades. There was a bit of a mildew smell throughout the entire hotel. However, the room was clean and water pressure was great.

Very dirty. Spend the extra money and go to one of the other nearby hotels.

The manager has a fake number at the front claiming to be corporate lol. But he answers the phone from the back. Dirty, I tried to cancel when I realized at the front. Never even set foot in the actual room and was denied my refund. Dirty DIRTY DIRTY. Manager is a scam artist. He also looked like he needed to shower. Dirty! What else can I say? Dirty! Unprofessional,dirty ppl walking in and out like YUCK. .5 not even a 0/10. Don’t waste your time or money. Also they have BEDBUGS stated in the review and if you see the place in person, you’ll def understand. DO NOT GO OFF PICS; they are not the same pics as the hotel.

Upon arrival, the stay was poor. The front desk announced my room number while there were others present. There is a cat urine smell in the hall. Room floor was filthy. Pieces of crackers and food, white wet chunks on the ice bucket. Attempted a shower but drain was so slow to drain, I was standing in a puddle. Attempted calling front desk, no answer. Loud music outside window at 5 AM. Breakfast was gross. Attendant was coughing and not wearing a mask. Once of the worst stays I've ever had.

The carpet needed deep cleaning throughout, in dining area, drapes hanging down, like thet don't care, just trying to make money. Pool said unde maintenance, I looked under the blind, looks like a storage area. I wonder how ling has th pool supposed to be "Under Maintenance ". Shoyld just take pool off of tge amenities list. If ut wasn't for my sister being sick, I would of found another place to stay..

Needs updates. Shower curtain moldy

The rooms were nice and comfy Rms were clean. Several hotels including this one have projects upgrades to facility and thus all the pools were closed
