The rooms were elegant and the staff was very friendly. Shane and Josh went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Due to staffing issues, the restaurant was closed.Sunday morning. It did not affect our stay, but had we chosen to have breakfast included, it obviously would have.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that exceptional service would define our stay. We were warmly welcomed by Eric, whose professionalism immediately set the tone. Despite arriving with a reservation issue, which I initially expected to be a challenge, Jovan and Shane handled everything with efficiency and genuine care, resolving the matter seamlessly. We chose to dine on-site that evening, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Chef Artis personally took the time to visit our table, adding a thoughtful and memorable touch to an already excellent meal. While the hotel itself is beautiful and our room was outstanding, it was truly the level of service that made our stay remarkable. The attentiveness, professionalism, and hospitality extended to my husband and me far surpassed anything we’ve experienced before. Without a doubt, this was the finest customer service we have encountered in the hospitality industry.
