I loved how big my room was. I wasn't expecting it to be as big as it was, it was like an apartment.

I didn't like the parking situation. They say valet only and there was hardly any place for the cars to be parked.

Great dog friendly experience, especially loved the Valet Supervisor Eric, who took great care of our car and was very accommodating each time we needed something from it. Josh at the front desk was great, too!

THE BEST – Eric at valet! Eric truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, hands down the best service on the entire property. Rooms are spacious, location it nice. The room itself was clean; however, it felt extremely dated. In fact, the entire hotel is in need of a major refresh. We also experienced issues such as worn towels, plumbing concerns, and other maintenance shortcomings. Not sure we would go back!

Eric made a great first impression—friendly, quick, and clearly on top of things. He took care of everything smoothly and set the tone right from arrival. Much appreciated.

This was such a good experience. The hotel was a true old-fashioned experience. The elevators were tiny and the rooms were huge. The hotel feels like it has stories to tell from the years of its existence. With its location next to the State House, the Law Courts and the hospital, you can almost feel political intrigues, and passionate trysts that took place inside the walls. The service was old fashioned too: we felt like everyone from the Valet Parking to the Front Desk and other team members were committed to us having an enjoyable stay. If I had to pick the best feature it would be the HUGE comfortable and elegantly furnished rooms. We got a midweek rate that was comparable with a cookie-cutter box chain hotel, and an experience that was so much better. We will be back!

Very close to the convention center. The valet service was 10/10. The restrooms and microwave were a bit finicky but were addressed promptly.

Very clean, friendly staff and great location

Everything was amazing. Shane was the best waiter/host. Food was top tier, cosmopolitan was delicious, the Paloma was very refreshing. Shane took very good care of us. Service was excellent.

The food was excellent and the service was amazing as well! Shane our server took such good care of us and answered any questions we had about the food. The pecan pie was delicious!

Hotel has a great view of the capitol and spacious rooms. It’s a bit worn at the edges yet the staff, cleanliness and location definitely compensate. Shane at the bar was great! As was Eric the valet manager!
