I only wish I had read the reviews before booking this place!!! I could have avoided wasting good money on this DUMP!!! My husband & I travel to Ardmore at least once a month for work & instead of booking our usual hotel, I decided to try this one because they have a pool & my husband loves to swim. When we get there the ENTIRE place is under renovation. I had to push the automatic door open to enter, the lobby is covered in spackle & paint & dust everywhere, the flooring is ripped up. It was TORE UP! Then upon checking in, I see the sign saying the pool was "closed for maintenance." This further irritated me, because this was the primary reason I chose this location! When I got to the room & opened the door, I thought, "ok, well at least the room looks decent." Looks can be deceiving. The bed was terrible, I could feel every spring in that mattress. On top of that, I was kept awake all night by the feeling of something biting me!! The ice machine was out of order, as was the elevator. The breakfast (if you could call it that) was HORRIBLE 🤢 only watery, gooey waffles & cereal. We were only given 2 towels for the entire 3 nights that we were there. It was just a NIGHTMARE & I was mad at myself for the duration of my stay for booking here. As I went back to read the reviews (which i will ALWAYS do from henceforth) i saw all the same complaints I had, being voiced again & again. So, apparently this place has been a cesspool for quite some time!!! I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO A DOG!!!

The room was clean and service was good. The indoor pool was not heated and the kids couldn't swim

Place was under construction which wasn't shared. Pool was ice cold and stairs were closed. Room was dusty and run down. Price was a steal, but you get what you pay for.

Very respectful staff. Clean rooms prompt service and very relaxing environment.

The indoor pool was super cold. It literally was colder than the faucet water. But breath taking clean. 😂

I already blasted this place once, why would you ask for another review?

This place is undergoing a renovation' one would expect them to really step up on everything else, WRONG! The breakfast wash horrible, stale mini croissants and ? blueberry muffins. The soda and ice machines were both broken. The staff failed to acknowledge guests with any kind of pleasant greeting. The custodian mopped the front entrance at 6:30, he stated he was there all night and just got to it. A lawsuit waiting to happen. The back door could not be closed so anyone could walk in anytime. The handicap parking spot were beyond the "frequent stayer spots." I could not recommend anyone stay here until whomever owns this place takes command and fixes it!
