I liked the affordable price the first night and the size of the overall room

I didn't like that the price went up $10 for an additional night from what I had just paid the night before and I didnt like that even though it was advertised with an indoor pool it was not avaliable for use until April I only stayed a second night cause I couldn't find anything else in my price range and I wanted longer to visit with my children who stayed with me but I was extremely disappointed and upset I couldn't use the pool because thats what I go for is the use of an indoor pool I love to swim so I seek out places with indoor pools I don't stay for travel or business its always to swim and visit my children so I was completely crushed when it wasn't avaliable

I like the room that has the whirlpool in it

My room wasn't very clean. There was hair of all sorts all in my bed sheets. Maybe my standards of clean are way different than theirs but it most definitely wasn't very clean at all.

The furniture in the room looked old and those very small pillows need to be up-sized and didn't get new towels during the 3 day stay or maid service.

Front desk was very very nice. She has fantastic customer service. Our room needed cleaning. Food left in fridge. Curtains had chocolate like a child had wiped their hands on them. The sheets were dirty with chocolate on it. We should have got a different room but too tired from traveling

"I would not stay there again"

Location was convenient

Old, needed many repairs. They made mistakes transferring my reservation (after a name change?) and charged me to the entire stay on the first missed night, but I wasn’t due until the next day. Toilet didn’t flush. The included breakfast was nasty and hardly any food. We had to go get breakfast else where.
