We loved the the of the rooms. We like the full kitchen and living area. Very spacious. Very modern bathroom also. Easy entry. We used the large table off the lobby to play family games in the evening.

"Great location for Biltmore visit"

Breakfast was nice.

Had a dog in the room next door. Dog started barking when occupants would go to breakfast. Not a great way to start the day! Tried to call front desk and phone wouldn't work. Made reservation on booking.com and was unaware it would not qualify for rewards program. Frond desk did not say anything when I gave them reward number at check-in. They would have been able to see reservation was made through booking.com, and did not inform us it would not quality.

"Recently updated rooms, terrific breakfast choices, nice staff & super close to Biltmore"

My family visited Asheville for about five days and stayed at the Residence Inn. Picked this hotel because of the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living room and it worked out perfectly. Two full bathrooms and an adequately stocked kitchen were essential to our family. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful/friendly, and Pepe went above and beyond with his management of the breakfast area and service! Great proximity to Biltmore Mansion and a short drive to the downtown area. The only downside was that the entire parking lot was torn up and there were limited parking spaces and often had to park behind the hotel but it wasn't a game changer for us. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Asheville.

"Exceptional customer seriously..May is an Angel!"

PHENOMENAL staff and facility. May at the front desk was absolutely exceptional. My father had an extended stay at the near by hospital. We were 2 hours from home and May was extremely helpful. Her concern and willingness to help when my mother's blood sugar began to drop during the night was above and beyond. The facility was exceptionally clean, well stocked and cozy. The bed was extremely comfy and the pullout sofa was (much to my surprise) very comfy as well.
