Residence Inn Asheville Biltmore

Had a great stay and they are so accommodating with my 2 doggies. It’s close to everything! Will definitely stay again, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a very nice property. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was fantastic. Easy access to Biltmore and local restaurants and bars. Facilities were clean, and my kids loved the pool.

The beds weren't very comfortable. If you plan to use the pull out couch (like we did for our kids), reconsider. It is incredibly old and uncomfortable. However, the staff was great with putting down extra blankets to give it some padding.

The gentleman thats works 2nd shift at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. Room was clean and comforrable.

We reserved a one bedroom queen suite, but the day before we left, I got a call that they were moving us into a king studio because the one bedroom suites were “oversold.” There must have been a chemical that they used in cleaning the room because I started to cough almost as soon as I got the room and also developed a red rash on my neck after lying on the floor on my yoga mat to meditate. My husband thought that the king bed was very uncomfortable and even though I had asked for two extra foam pillows, none were provided. The person at the desk was rude when my husband asked if he could get me a tea bag from the breakfast area. He said that they were $1300 over budget and that “he could be fired” if he let my husband take a tea bag. We have an EV and there was no charging stations in the parking lot. Lighting was poor in the room, and the only bright spot were nice staff members at breakfast. Trust me that we will not be staying here on future trips to Asheville.

Was warmly greeted upon arrival, room and public spaces were exceptionally clean. Breakfast offered a great assortment of breakfast items. Was very comfortable, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Only negative was room was next to elevator, and the operating of the elevator was somewhat annoying. It wasn’t excessively loud, just produced a humming noise when operating.
