It was difficult/dangerous to seen when leaving the property due to overgrown shrubs.

We try to stay at Residence Inns when we travel. This hotel was BY FAR the best one we’ve ever visited. All personnel were friendly and very helpful in answering all our questions. The rooms were very comfortable and most importantly, very clean. The breakfast area (with Pepe in charge) was the best run area, with all foods freshly filled, and the area was continuously cleaned. Our next hotel on our trip has a lot to live up to, but I just couldn’t leave without giving this one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ !!

Beautiful neighborhood walked down street and had a burger off the food truck and a beer at the local brewery. Saw a black bear in the park close by.

Here just for one night. Very comfortable and relaxing. Wish we had more time to stay longer.

Rebecca is a very lovely person, she was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, breakfast was very good, Pepe was excellent at breakfast keeping foods and supplies filled, staff is very friendly. Our only complaint is Marriott needs to change toilets to tall toilets! Hard for seniors with knee issues to get up from low toilets. This is for all Marriott brands not just this site. We highly recommend this Residence Inn and it’s very close to the Biltmore estate.

We have stayed here several times while visiting Asheville for the weekend. We love the location; walk-able to many restaurants and breweries. It's a little quieter and less busy than staying in downtown Asheville, which we appreciate. Love the spacious rooms and the kitchen. The breakfasts are great and there are a lot of options to choose from.

We liked the spacious room with the full kitchen minus a stove, a king bed, and a couch. The free breakfast was good. The stools at the table in the room were uncomfortable with no back rest. The hotel was in a great location to visit the Biltmore Estate, the Asheville Visitor Center, take the Hop On, Hop Off Trolley with 10 stops and eat at several local restaurants. Our room was quiet except when the ac fan turned on.

Upon arriving our reservations were not correct. We had booked two rooms. I had to call to reduce our stay by one day and was assured that it was corrected. Oddly one of the rooms had been cancelled. Farron, the front desk person was amazing as she quickly addressed the issue and gave us a two room suite. I was impressed that we didn't have a negative outcome. I did receive a call the next day from the hotel saying that a room under my friend's name was also going to be charged to my credit card as we had not checked in for that room. I don't know why is was so messy as I booked both rooms in my name and credit card. I refused to pay for the room and she finally accepted the reasoning. Very odd. Otherwise the hotel was great. Nice room, clean and the staff were great. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. The location of the hotel was great.
