place was filthy

I know this hotel seems like it is a good deal but it is gross. First there is a lot of sketchy people who live there. The linens and towels were gross. Had to buy our own at target. Don’t count on a breakfast. This building should be condemned.

This was the worst stay I have ever had ANYWHERE in my life!!! We were in town for a football camp and this was the only hotel option at the time. From the ad, I thought it would be ok for what we needed. This hotel was NOTHING like the ad on hotels.com. The rooms were dirty, the staff was rude, and the property didn’t give safe or secure vibes. Needless to say we ended up leaving and lucked up on something else. This property made me almost never want to visit Dover again.

It was a dump! Falling down decrepit Should be demolished Inspectors should list it as “unsafe, uninhabitable”

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy . Toilet was dirty bathroom garbage full of water a garbage shower bath filthy . I’d never ever go even for free . A I been getting rooms from you for yrs this is a spot you shouldn't ever advertise.

Bugs all over as soon as the lights went out, slept with the lights on. 4 showers, only one had even warm water. Exterior as dirty as the interior. I travel a lot, this is one of the worst.

No running cold water in the sink. Mold in the tub. Floor outside the bathroom was wet. Floor in the bathroom was wet. Cigaretter burns on the blankets. No power outlets available. Even the clock in the room was unplugged and had no way of being plugged in.

Staff friendly.

The rooms had issues with the water. Either it was extremely hot or cold. Mostly cold. They put us in 3 different rooms because of water issues and pot and cigarettes smoke smells. They told us we could use one of the other rooms to shower in. Just a very thin top sheet and a very thin bed cover. Few to no outlets that worked. No hair dryer. Coffee pot missing the filter to hold coffee. Microwaves gone or no outlet for them. No tissues. Poor towels but were clean.

Pet friendly

Everything else. They did not have the room I booked with 1 king bed and insisted I was getting a “free upgrade” to have 2 beds. Pretty sure the rooms are the same price and it wasn’t an upgrade because I couldn’t sleep with my girlfriend because the beds were too small. Got to the room and there was no tv remote. Called the front desk and asked them to bring me another one, and he said I had to come get it because he was too busy. It was raining. I went in the rain to get a remote and it wasn’t even the right brand for the tv. Refused to give a discount and I never even could watch the tv.
