The front desk personnel was friendly but the rooms were horrible. The sheets were dirty. Everything smelled like pot. There was no hot water! We left and found accommodations elsewhere.

I book the room for 2 days. May30 to June 1. But I checked out May 31st and could not get a refund since I only stayed one day. I spent 202 for 2 days that I didn't even stay for something has to be done

The room was dirty. Carpet dirty and the room smelled like pure cigarettes. The building needs to be renovated. Not happy at all. We checked in and was disappointed the moment we walked in the room. We did not stay. The sheets even looked dirty.

Place no good

Bed was good. Room cleanliness was very good. Lamp only on one side of bed. Only chair was a desk chair, other person had to sit on the bed. Shower had poor water flow & was shooting as much water from shower-head connection onto the wall as was coming out of the shower head. Preschool children yelling in courtyard until about 11 pm or midnight.

I was not happy with my stay here at all. The pictures online do not look anything like the actual room. I booked a Non smoking room yet I had to have my room switched 3x smh! As soon as I opened the door to the first room the smoke smell hit you in the face. The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet literally had poop stains in the toilet and around the rim of the seat. The sheets were dirty like they hadn’t been changed and there was cigarette ash everywhere in the room. There were lots of people just hanging out outside the rooms, like it was a hangout spot. Myself and my family felt very uncomfortable. However, when I went to the front desk and complained, the staff was very polite and understanding about the situation. He offered me a new room immediately! That room wasn’t suitable either so he switched it again to another room. I checked that room before even transferring any of our belongings. This third room was much better!! It was actually clean, it didn’t smell of smoke, and there wasn’t an ash or smoke smell anywhere. The room itself was clean and the sheets were clean also. The staff apologized again for the inconvenience and said to let them know if there was anything else that could be done to make our stay better

I lost my phone and couldn't access my account and the staff was understanding and allowed me to use my laptop to get my room. Best customer service that I received in a long time. Definitely would recommend it.

The person who checked us in told me I couldn’t use the handicap parking next to the building. I am a disabled Veteran with handicap license plate on my vehicle. Although it appeared there were rooms available he put us in 115 so we had to walk a ways to get to our room. We will never stay there again
