The location. Its closeness to restaurants.

The TV wasn't satisfactory. Problems with shower.

The place and room was very dated. It appears people live their on a full time basis. Very old towels and sheets. Nothing fresh about the linen, etc. Very overpriced for an one-night stay.

I was in two different rooms and neither one had a good refrigerator or any towels. The towel rack was broke and the outside was in tough shape. They are currently remodeling many of the rooms. The rooms smelt stale. The windows faced the outside balcony that everyone walked on. The breakfast was below average and did not have some of the items I am used to seeing at normal hotels.

Horrible…front desk/owner would not take fault for not informing site tht certain rooms wheee unavailable

They have roaches bed bugs and everything from sheets to towels dirty

I never received my refund and the guy at counter keeps hanging up on me as soon as he heres me say refund the women is very nice tho

Breakfast was good, as was the bed. I got a room in back (very quiet). Several good restaurants nearby.

Everything was okay. I feel I got what paid for.

Have to change the room 3times. The 1st room the front door wasn’t securely closed, the smoking room had a stench. The 2nd room, the toilet lid was loose. It came off if you moved on the toilet. Dead insects located in the bathroom & window. The key for the door didn’t work multiple times. Had to make a number of trips to the front desk. The AC didn’t work. This room also had a stench to it. 3rd room, had the key issue again. We cleaned the spider webs that were within the room windows. The AC did work within this room& there wasn’t a stench within this room.

I got there they put us in a room that had no shower head the door looked like it was kicked in it wouldn't lock. Then the put us in another room and the water was coming out brown and the tub had nasty stains all in it
