The bad reviews about this place are from unrealistic people. It's a motel. It is what you would expect. The room was clean, there was a fridge, and the AC was pumping. Nice little grass area to hang out at next to a lake behind the property as well. Would stay again if I was ever in dover for some reason.

this hotel was the dirtiest place i’ve ever stayed. burn holes in the blanket, dirty bath, dirty mirrors. prostitution and drug use on site. broken glass in the parking lot. absolutely filthy and unsafe.

Just ok overall. Very low budget look. WiFi was spotty the first day but improved the following days. Room smelled of smoke but was supposed to be a smoke free room. Room also felt and smelt a little damp.

Close to the speedway and stores

Dirty linens, no towels in our room, not many outlets in the room, upon check in they tried to charge me twice and also gave me a room with a person already in it. Luckily they got me my room quickly after. No real blankets
