Very pleasant lady on reception on the day we departed

When we arrived we had to wait about 40 minutes in reception to check in because the man working there was on a long (seemingly personal) telephone call

The overall stay was disappointing. Very outdated rooms. There was no room service the whole 4 days I was there and I requested it but they only left towels in the room. There was no hot breakfast.

The front desk Indian guy was incompetent and spoke to me in a discriminatory manner. He told me my brother or any other friend could not visit me during my 4 days stay at the hotel except he approved it. I felt so insulted. The room smelled of smoke. I never saw house keeping during my entire 4 days stay.
