Super 8 by Wyndham Dover

Getting the key to work was problematic. The room phone was inoperative. The floor ( “new tile”) was not swept. One bolt on the toilet seat was completely broken off. The folks above up “stomped the floor off and on” until 2am. The only saving grace was the sheets and pillow cases were clean. PS Don’t use the coffee maker. Also construction screws on the ground outside the room door.

The lady who checked me in is sooo sweet and professional. Good Job!

We stayed at supper 8 in dover Delaware. Upon arriving, the woman at front desk was not very friendly. Our room # 126 was the first room. And when we first got in the room, there were probably over 100 plus dead bugs all over the room. We went to the office and spoke with a gentleman this time. He switched our room to 233. Upon getting into that room. We went to turn the heat on, because it was in the mid 30's. The heat was broken. And also there was something all down the refrigerator and all over the floor. There also was crap in the toilet. So then we call the front desk again, he said they would send someone to fix the heat. After a half hour, I called the front desk again. And said I need the heat fixed ASAP. He had no one on property to help us, so he switched our room once again to room 228. Once we got into this room, it appeared to be at least bug free, and the heat worked. But not double beds like we wanted, no remote control. But its now after 4pm and we are tired of moving from room to room. And this room was a little better than the last 2. So after going to the front desk for a remote control. I was finally able to take a shower. Only to find out the bathroom only had rags, and hand towels. And you can't have 2 people showering with 2 rags, and one hand towel. The next morning on check out day. The woman asked how was everything. I explained everything to her, just like im telling you. And she tries to blame the male desk clerk. WRONG

Nothing it was disgusting I wouldn't let a homeless person stay there

It was dirty no one vacuumed sweep or mopped there was men's hair on the bed sheets and live bugs

The bed was comfortable

The floor wasn’t clean Two pillows for a king size bed A used fork was stuck to the curtains The chair was badly stained

My room was paid for in advance long before i arrived to the property. I was told my booked room wasent available and they tried to put me in a room with a non working tv. The night associate is very rude and nasty and he disrespects customers. Highly recommend other property's then this super8 dover. One of the worst run establishment i have ever seen.
