Best Western Plus University Inn

Breakfast was a traditional continental, with the usual waffle machines. I felt like things were a bit mixed up with the layout (coffee not with creamer, sugar in a different part of the room). Not overwhelmingly off, but just enough to make it take extra time looking for what you need.

The shower leaked in the hotel room (352), towels moved locations, and the room safe didn’t work. I didn’t know that breakfast was included. I didn’t book the room so didn’t know what I didn’t know.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and I was woken up throughout the night with the smell of marijuana which I find nauseating. When I took my dog out in the morning, there was a homeless person sleeping in their car in the parking lot. The second day there were people smoking marijuana in their car in the parking lot for hours. Generally, I do not think this was the safest or cleanest place to stay.

All staff was friendly and kind! Breakfast was amazing every morning!
