Hampton Inn Denver - Northwest Westminster

Two months ago I stayed at this hotel, no internet, no TV, said they were working on it....fast forward, same story, no internet no TV, "they are working on it". NOT. Then proceeded to lie to us that they were rewiring to get the internet up? How do you wire a wireless system. When I called them on their "story", they asked me to leave, they didn't like the challenge and ten hotel clerk wouldn't do anything. I had very dirty water (Brown) out of the sick, she told me to bring her a cup of it to see rather than getting up instead of being lazy, she didn't want to check it, but she knew. I asked for the manager, she told me she wasn't there then who pops out of nowhere, the manager that wasn't there? Then they tried to break into my room, barging the door to get into my room when I and technically paid. I now have a shoulder injury requiring an MRI, pending reduced swelling. I had to call 911, the staff is out of control. I wanted to know who owned the property, they wouldn't tell me. DIRTY, DIRTY WATER, DIRTY FURNITURE, BATHROOMS....see below: • No Internet (Others complained that this is the same story for 4 months) • No TV • No paper towels in lobby bathroom. • No shower gel • Evening desk clerk did not extend my stay as he assured me he did • Dirty water came out of faucets in the morning • Rude staff, on their phones while you stand and wait, extremely rude and kept lying to me and others, not at all professional • Broke into my room, literally tried to walk in but 911 told me to try to keep them out, they were on the phone when the 3 black woman tried to enter my room by force, injuring my shoulder. • Called the police for NO reason, just to make a point • Injured my right shoulder, MRI appointment Oct 31 • I filed a health report with the City of Westminster for water quality, dirty rooms. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I escalated to Hilton Corp, I demand a complete refund and the right to take legal action, NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY, and I am a Diamond Member...

I am a Hilton Diamond member and have been for years. This was an absolute nightmare of a stay. We arrived to our room and the toulet was plugged. Had to wait forever for a maintenance person to fix it. Go to hop in the shower and the shower doesn’t even work. Maintenance has to come. The wifi doesn’t work. Most of the channels on the TV donhave a signal. This hotel is so far below the expectations of a Hilton stay. Would not recommend this outdated hell hole.

The hotel's location is nice for gateway to Boulder and Rocky avoiding denver traffic. However when we stayed for 3 nights the wifi wasnt working and the property needs an upgrade

One of the worst maintained properties I’ve ever stayed at. Staff can only do so much. No wifi, ac is awful and common areas were falling apart

Staff was courteous and friendly. Internet was non existent. Shampoo/conditioner empty on bathroom. Unimpressed.

Minus the WiFi being down the room and service were great

The property was in a safe area but the actual building needed some repair. There was a loose bedside lamp in our room, the provided clock radio did not work, there were other things I noticed in the halls that needed repair or replacement. One of the side doors to the parking lot that was labeled as “being locked for my safety” did not fully latch and lock; we came back from dinner to find the glass sliding entry door completely off the track and wide open; breakfast included warm-ish food and also warm juice. The property just seemed like Hilton was not going to put money into repairs and upgrades. It was also fairly inconvenient to local restaurants and social areas.

Very old hotel. Nothing looks updated. Very noisy, people above us were loud with their feet. They had one elevator that looked questionable. Scary with multiple people inside with you. If someone moved, the entire elevator shook. The pool looked dirty, leafs and dead bugs along the walls. The hot tub was taped off and not working. The bed was nice and comfortable. Our entire stay the WiFi kept going on and off. Their smart tv in the room worked off of WiFi. So whatever you were watching went off and on. All weekend. They knew about it but their response was always their working on it. Free breakfast was ok if you didn’t have high expectations.

Hotel was clean and comfortably. Very close to public transportation

Comfortable room and nice breakfast. My only complaint is that WiFi was down the entire 4 night stay with no indication of when or if it would ever be fixed.
