"Excellent service and great food"

We visited for Sunday Lunch to celebrate a birthday with our family From beginning to the end of the experience we were served by Tessie who had waited on me 7 years ago and she remembered me and greeted us fondly The restaurant was exceptionally busy and the waitresses were rushed off their feet but remained very calm and exceptionally attentive to the diners Tessie stood out in this area The food was also a wonderful experience a plethora of starters followed by an ample roast dinner beef cooked perfectly pink Thank you to Kian for his efforts today We certainly will be celebrating again in this wonderful restaurant Thanks to all behind the scenes too

My stay was fantastic! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I even received a free drink voucher. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options and the possibility to order from the menu as well. The staff were - especially Tirso, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Everything was just perfect

Lovely service, efficient and organised. As fortunate to get a free upgrade to a lovely room on the 7th floor. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was especially smooth, Tirso was very attentive, making sure all was with food, service and the table. Certainly Recommend staying here.

I had a fantastic stay at the Malmaison Newcastle recently - it’s a very well appointed, clean space. Their breakfast is amazing - and the gentleman who served me for breakfast (Tirso) was an absolute star! Very attentive, polite, and evidently cares very much about guest experience.

"Maître d breakfast star!"

Our Maître d at breakfast, Tirso, has elevated our experience to new levels of enjoyment. A man who clearly loves his job, his enthusiasm, happy and helpful demeanor rubs off on every around him. He is clearly proud of his 23 years service with Malmaison, and I'm sure his employers realise they have a star in their ranks. We are already looking forward to breakfast tomorrow!!

"Would definitely stay again"

All of the staff were helpful and very friendly, especially Tessie from the restaurant who greeted us every morning for breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, and had a great view of the Millennium Bridge. The hotel is in the perfect location for visiting Newcastle.
