"Trip"

We had a lovely stay at Malmaison. We were over for work and the staff were lovely. The rooms had plenty of space and plenty of charging points were handy for the iPads and phones we needed to charge. The breakfast the next morning was amazing, the homemade granola was gorgeous and the choice of cooked breakfast options was great. Tessie served us at breakfast and she was lovely very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return and we would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Newcastle.

"Wonderful location and hotel"

Really positive experience overall. The hotel is lovely with a great location. The breakfast is probably my favourite part. Tirso was brilliant, found me a window seat and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was fantastic as well.

Excellent lunch experience, kindly attended to by Tessie, thank you. Food excellent, lovely surroundings, a little short-staffed for a lunchtime but evidently very busy with afternoon tea bookings. Grateful we could be accommodated without a booking.

What an excellent service we received from Karen, who gave us an upgrade and was an absolute gem 10 out of 10 thankyou so much for making our stay feel so special 😀. MAT and SHAUN in chez mal were amazing at making cocktails 🍸 😀 so thankyou very much for such a lovely night 10/10 guy's.
