An outstanding resort in an exceptional location. Brilliant staff.

Beach crowded compared to others around. Not guest of the hotel, only dined at the restaurant. Food was ok, cocktails great, hospitality below average.

We loved our villa, the setting of the beach between the pitons, the staff, and the snorkeling.

We were unimpressed with the food, besides our breakfast each morning. We paid $14 for a bottle of water when we ate at the more expensive restaurants on the property. The food was very costly and overall not worth the money. We ended up eating the jetty burger two nights in a row for dinner because it was good and not ridiculously expensive.

Sugar Beach Resort in Saint Lucia is for us one of the most attractive destinations in the Caribbean. Having stayed at several resorts and explored numerous islands—all exceptional in their own right—Sugar Beach Resort stands out as our top recommendation. We fully intend to return and suggest this resort to anyone seeking luxury comfort, a picturesque beach, and outstanding service. The restaurants feature a wide selection of both local and international cuisine. The staff demonstrates a high level of professionalism and consistently provides assistance in all circumstances.
