Beautiful resort with great food and service. Loved the snorkeling, breakfast, Cane Rum bar and dinner w bands on the beach at Bonte and Stanley our sever. Great experience. And great service from our butlers M&M!

Beautiful resort with private pools overlooking the ocean & pitons. The beach is beautiful @ close to other great properties & restaurants. However, taxis are super expensive here even for a 15 min ride to a restaurant. We found Bawry the taxi driver and used his service for everything -dinners excursions & airport transportation. Honestly, from arrival to departure, everything felt like a true escape. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were welcomed with such kindness and genuine hospitality. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the entire stay feel effortless and special. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, perfectly located, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. At times, it even felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, which made the experience even more magical. As a pregnant guest, I was deeply touched by how thoughtfully they anticipated my needs without me even having to ask. From the lovely non-alcoholic champagne welcome to the unexpected pregnancy pillow for extra comfort, every detail showed exceptional care. The beaches are truly beautiful, and there’s no shortage of activities to enjoy. Every day felt relaxing yet exciting. We had an unforgettable stay and are already looking forward to returning. ✨

Incredible experience..no point in me explaining …just go! Nestled between the Pitons in a protected cove is our favorite beach and hotel. Trust me!

When you visit Viceroy Sugar Beach Resort, no matter where your eyes gaze you will have an amazing view as the property is tucked between the Pitons. It was a wonderful way to escape the single digit temperatures & snow of home. The property is quite expansive, well laid out, & very well cared for. I loved that it never felt crowded & we had room to stretch out whether we were at the main beach, south beach, or just chilling on our private pool & patio. Our villa was located in the 300's & had outstanding views and was just a quick walk to the beach, jetty burger, and main building. Definitely take advantage of the shuttles especially at night as the roads are a bit narrow & dark. We loved the light & airy style of our villa. The shower was massive & the soaking tub was a wonderful spot to end the day. I will note I find it odd that a room that large & pricey has no Bluetooth speaker or clock. We took advantage of all of the dining concepts at the resort & have reviewed them separately. We never had a bad meal during our stay. I also highly recommend making an appointment at the spa. We treated ourselves to 80 minute salt stone massages & it was magical. Thank you to the following team members who helped to make our stay memorable. Terry (shuttle), Albertina & Kesharna at breakfast, the Saltwood team of Laurus, Cysline, & Kaller. Otis & Kijan at the beach were always great. A shoutout to Ames @ Bonte Bar for your great martini skills. I do feel there are areas that can be improved upon to make the experience better especially based upon the cost compared to other similarly priced resorts. I found it strange that we never received a note or were met by anyone in a leadership position. Though our butler was friendly enough he rarely checked in with us. The virtual concierge app is absolutely useless & a tremendous waste of time. When you're spending about $3000 per night, I like to interact with people & not AI bots. The pre-arrival process should move away from paper to digital. Lastly, checkout should be conducted at the room and not the main building as the checkout was painful & tedious.

Our 2nd stay and it did not fail to impress again as one of the most luxurious resorts in the Caribbean. The service is outstanding. The beach is gorgeous.

What a paradise! My wife and I loved our time at Viceroy Sugar Beach. People, location, food, service and accommodations were amazing. This place does it all right. People make the difference and what’s difference they made for us. Great location between the Pitons, white sand beach, and fantastic food at Saltwood restaurant! Our top place in the BVI!

I am astonished by the complete lack of customer service and professionalism at this so called luxury resort. I came to St. Lucia for one day on a cruise and rented a boat to tour 3 hotels for my upcoming anniversary trip. I had reservations here for lunch and wanted to tour the hotel because I wanted to stay here for my 20th Anniversary celebration and vowel renewal with family. I emailed the resort where they basically ignored and did not even bother to answer any of my questions pertaining to this and while at the resort it felt more like the service of a Holiday Inn. When my husband mentioned the prior email in regard to a future event and lack of response they could care less was and we were not even offered a manager or anyone to come and speak with us. At their restaurant nobody knew questions to the most basic requests and we got different answers from different employees. The food was not up to par for a luxury resort. I told them this on their instagram page how I was very disappointed in the handling of this entire situation and their response was to block me. I have been to many resorts and luxury resorts all over the world and have never experienced such a lack again of professionalism and customer service from a resort. There only positive is they sit on a beautiful beach but this is not 5 star service as I can also attest from their restaurant Bonte and touring on my own. Not a soul was around on property to answer a question or paying attention and anyone off the street could walk in when this is supposed to be an exclusive resort. And I do know there was a break in at the resort Ladera. I am so glad I also visited Jade as they were of the utmost in 5 star service and am thrilled to give them our business. I guess I am glad I found this out before spending mine and my families money on this place. Any even low grade resorts actually are accountable and speak about complaints not block people like children. Had very very high hopes for this resort and am beyond disappointed!
