Ikos Andalusia

Beautiful hotel—great pools—magnificently landscaped grounds—very good, friendly service—unfortunately, the Seasons Restaurant was only open to VIP guests, but the staff member Darkos impressed us beyond measure during breakfast in the Main Restaurant and at the Chiringuito (beach restaurant), making our stay a truly special experience! We’d like to take this opportunity to thank him especially for that and look forward to seeing him again on our next stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ikos Andalusia. We visited for a week in early June, and as a couple with a young toddler it was perfect (and the hotel didn’t feel at capacity). Our son (3.5 at the time of visit) went to the Heroes Crèche for half of our stay. He’s an emotional and shy child, so took a while to warm up (cried first visit etc), but the staff were so kind and patient with him. In particular a big thank you to Mercedes and Sofia at the Crèche who were stars in looking after him and ensuring my husband and I enjoyed some child free sunbathing!

Booked few days in advance for 5 nights. Enjoyable break .... Seasons restaurant is outstanding far superior to others we have eaten at within Ikos resorts. Big mention to our guest host Bella who was fabulous from the moment we arrived nothing to much trouble and kept checking in with us personally.

We had the best time! We were able to enjoy our time as a family and also as a couple during the day for a couple of hours, thanks to the lovely staff in the kids crèche. Maria in particular was amazing and made me feel at ease and my son had a great time. Overall experience was incredible! So many pools to choose from from relaxing to playing in the pool with the kids. Thank you so much for having us. We will be back for sure!

We had a really special stay at the Ikos Andalucia, we were made to feel special as soon as we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is particularly amazing for an all inclusive resort, I would definitely recommend booking some dinner reservations before your stay and then booking the rest of your dinners as soon as you check in as it was a bit hard to get reservations otherwise. However, Bella from guest relations was really helpful with helping us get a good reservation at the restaurants we wanted. You don’t need a reservation for breakfast/ lunch and being able to have à la carte breakfast and lunch as well as the buffet was really lovely. The hotel is decorated beautifully and everything is clean and modern. The pool facilities are amazing too especially for families but there were adult only options too. They really have everything you need here. A special shout out to Bella and her team for making our stay extra special, we requested some milk for our toddler in our room and they made that available right away & replenished this with our mini bar. We also had a small problem with some ants in the room and they were on it straight away and sorted the problem, then kept great communication with us to ensure everything was resolved and okay. This was an extra special trip for us as we got engaged, big thanks to Maria who helped him plan the perfect proposal. We will be returning as soon as we can!

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Ikos Andalusia and honestly couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every restaurant offered incredible quality, fantastic variety, and some of the best meals we’ve had at any resort. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks throughout the day, everything was consistently excellent. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort is maintained to the highest standard, and the swimming pools are stunning, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. What truly sets Ikos apart is the people. The service is genuinely world-class and creates such a welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. A very special shout-out to Bella, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. She genuinely helped make our holiday even more memorable and is a real credit to the Ikos team. Thank you to everyone at Ikos Andalusia for such a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to return!

Recently returned from a cracking break at the IKOS Andalusia - Having been very disappointed at Porto Petro last year we thought we would give Andalusia a try for 5 days. Superb staff, set up and wonderful al la carte restaurants - the pools were not too busy but lively atmosphere and room was always clean (Block 1, 2nd floor). Couple of staff to highlight who were "over & above" the excellence seen throughout were Azhara, Ivana & Alexandra. A wonderful trip and we'll be returning next year

This was our third trip to Ikos Andalusia and, although not the best trip out of the three, it was still very lovely. Pros: - The service was outstanding, as always. - Spotless and calm environment. - The grounds are kept beautiful by very hardworking gardeners. - The movie night menu is an excellent addition to the room service. - The buffet and restaurants were exceptional. Anya and Fresco were a real high light for us. - New use of QR codes around the pool really speeds up service. - The cocktails were perfection. Cons - Unfortunately our room was located in a place where we had a large tree right in front of our balcony. This meant we didn’t use our balcony at all as we had no sun on it all day and the noise from the birds was a little too much for us. - The pool food is not at all what is used to be. Lacks flavour and substance. - Sun bed policy was not being enforced. Sun beds were being reserved for hours on end as soon as the pools opened. - Rooms are in need of a slight touch up. The bottom part of our door was held together with tape, the mirror in the room was cracked and the air con was very temperamental. One night it did not work at all.

Just returned home from Ikos Andalusia. I travelled with my mum for a weeks stay at this beautiful 5* Resort. I honestly cannot fault the resort at all. I have been fortunate enough to have stayed in lots of 5* hotels but this one is on another level completely. The food and cleanliness is outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their exceptional service truly made all the difference. I want to give a special mention to Bella (head of customer relations). She was exceptionally helpful during our stay, making sure everything was ok and checking in on us when she saw us around the resort. She also spent time talking to us about the other ikos hotels which we are interested in visiting next year. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Exceptional service!I
