Ikos Andalusia

This was our second stay at Ikos (first stay was at Ikos Corfu), this time Andalusia. Compared to Corfu it was overall pretty much the same. Same (almost) perfect service, heated pools (very warm for us in end of April), We had a Junior Suite with sea-view, which did have quite a good sea-view, was pretty private (room 7112, where 7 means main building with most restaurants and main bar, 1 means floor 1 and 12 means room 12). Service was really good, everyone took time to ask what you would like to drink/eat, if you wanted more, if everything was okay during any breakfast/lunch/dinner. Woman at the pools walking around and asking if you'd want anything, where there is also availability to just scan a QR and order online drinks/pool-food (burger was pretty good!). Room towels changed atleast 1 time per day, sometimes even 2 times. Turn-down service which means beds are made when you return for sleep and cookies are ready on the pillows. They even called on the phone half-way the booking and asked if everything was okay. So they are really trying in every way to make it a 10/10 experience. I have seen around 50 different people who are all smiling, greeting and are friendly. There was not one person who had a 'bad day'. Parking spaces were just enough, they have to many disabled spots (like 10 out of 50) so sometimes you just had to take such a spot because the other ones were full. From parking to resort walk was 1 minute. Parking spaces itself were big enough (as comparison, in Corfu parking was a disaster). Balcony was big, a nice bed to sleep/lay on and a hanging chair (fun for kids) and some seating area. Only downside was some little silly walking bugs on the balcony, but they don't do any harm, and i think they are only getting on floor 1 on the seaside view rooms because of the roofs there which have plants and are on the same level as the balconies). Food was overall 9/10, buffet great. Unfortunately booking.

Sometimes an order was wrongly serviced, for example i ordered an Espresso Lungo and got a double espresso. I ordered cappuccino with hot milk and got plain espresso with hot milk. Food was 10/10 correct. Drinks were 9/10 correct.

At Ikos every meal is good. At El Chiringuito a meal becomes great thanks to the personal touch of general Manager Darko and his team. Located at the sea-front El Chiringuito sparks the holiday-vibe even further. The service is professional, the kitchen acing all traditional dishes. Thank you!

Ikos Andalusia was amazing from start to finish. We were a family with a 3 and 1year old. The kids swimming area and splash pad are fantastic. All the food is insane. I am a coeliac - and have never felt more looked after that this holiday. Lenka, who overseas all guests with allergies, was accessible all day via WhatsApp for any questions or to assist gluten free adaptations to meals, and she made sure to inform me off all meal options /adaptations prior to each booking, and came to each meal to ensure no traces etc and food was prepped appropriately. This was truly above and beyond and made it so so easy to eat as a coeliac/with an allergy, I felt very looked after. Thank you!

We stayed with our daughter and granddaughter and all thoroughly enjoyed the resort. At every turn the service was of a very high standard - from the moment we drew up outside - the restaurants - poolside -at all sports and facility centres . We were impressed with the quality and variety of the food and the focus on guest experience. (- particular shout out for Sophia in Flavors and Martina by the pool !) The all-inclusive was a cut above many other we have experienced. We made use of cycles, tennis , kids club , gym and the nearby golf facility - all worked well . The number and variation of swimming pools meant that there is something perfect for every age group (and height!) There was always some type of entertainment in the evening, from a small show at the outdoor theatre, to piano in the bar , or live singers in the cocktail bar. I would really recommend this resort for a family holiday - we will certainly be back!

We had a lovely trip. Matteo made the experience feel very personal and was always on hand to help. The pools, food and service were excellent. We’ll go back.

The Ikos experience Andalucía is exceptional this was our second visit and our little piece of paradise… from start to finish our stay is flawless food delicious, choices aplenty and the changes made from October 2025 a welcome addition further encouraging guests to revisit (us being some of them) We would like to express special recognition for some specific team members we had the pleasure meeting who helped to make our stay just amazing from the team at the Deluxe Pool especially Dora, Erica, Fernando and Josh from the Greek Restaurant Ana, Guest services Bella and Fatima and the Spa special thanks to our masseuses Nikolaev’s and Jirawin - This does not exclude any of the other team members we equally had the pleasure of meeting Exceptional and beyond words truly cannot express how much we love this place see you all again in October Thank You :-)

This resort is stunning. The main thing we loved were the staff. All trained to the highest level is service. In particular on arrival we were made to feel very special indeed. The beverage package is the best we have ever had at an all inclusive. The food in the Spanish, Asian and Beach restaurants was delicious. Sadly and I am only saying this to give balanced feedback the main course dishes in the Italian restaurant were not very tasty and were cold. The Greek restaurant also served cold. We sis say and the feedback was well received - maybe a long way from the kitchen and not in hot plates. That said the starters were delicious. A shout as well for Flavours buffet who handled the crowds really well. Darko and Winston in the restaurants were brilliant thx. Shout out to the aqua aerobics team who were hilarious- especially Pablo
