I stayed here while visiting family for the weekend. I like the central location, the safe environment and the quietness around the hotel and in the room. The pool was not open due to maintenance issues, which Expedia does not mention.

We had no view out of the window. No working pool. If we had known, we wouldโ€™ve stayed there. The door on the entrance to our room was hard to shut. Had to slam the door shut. No working microwave. Shower wouldnโ€™t turn off. The breakfast was good. Most of staff was very nice. Beds were lumpy and hard.

The whole reason I booked the hotel was the indoor pool for my kids and when I checked in I was told that it was in fact closed for repairs. My kids and I are not happy.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because of the price and there was supposed to be an indoor pool. We were not told until after we checked in that the pool had been closed for at least the last month and a half. When I told the concierge that was why we were going to stay there he said he could call next door to see if their pool was open and we could use that. Who wants to walk across a parking lot in 20 degree weather with soaking wet kids? The room we stayed in was very humid and musty, the pull out bed was extremely stained and there was hair all over the linens like they hadnโ€™t been washed. We will not be staying there again.
