Comfort Suites Cookeville

Perfect stop for road trip with easy access back to highway.

Staff very helpful with close by places to eat.

The staff was amazing and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and didn't want to leave. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent staff

The room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. The pool was unavailable and was told that we could us the pool at the other facility. The carpet in our room was sticky and the room smelled like mildew.

It was a little weird that Cofmort Suites and Comfort Hotel and Suites were right next to each other. I had no idea there was a difference. No matter. It was a fine stay. I would like to see the breakfast include some meat other than sausage biscuits and gravy.

It was fine for the price. Couldn't swim in pool cause it was ice cold. The door to bathroom was hard to open. All in all for the price range it was good

Everything was real good about the hotel, the only thing I wolud like them to do is shampoo the carpets in the rooms.

Dirty and door wouldn't lock! Those are my 2 biggest concerns with this hotel. Check in time is 3, we called to see for an earlier check in and they said they were swamped so thats understandable. Came at 3 and Noone is here. Place is empty. Lobby is filled with crumbs and food all over the floor. Left for the day lobby looked the same at 10 pm. Hotel room has hairs, the "new" roll of t.p has brown spots on it. We exchanged it for a newer roll. Tub doesn't drain well with shower. Floors make your socks black! Nothings been cleaned well. We notice the safety latch on inside door is loose and has been replaced but not well. No strike plate on door jamb! Here's the catch, our door opened from the outside with out a key. So if you didn't check like we did either your items could be stolen or someone could come in at night. Told manager and showed them door not locking. They could care less. Have never been to a worse place. Definitely not a family hotel. We stayed 1 night only.

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was clean and very nice. Our room smelled awful. Smelled of stale beer and dog. The two queen beds were clean. The pullout couch was so dirty!!! Stained and had mold on the metal. The bathroom had mold, the floor was dirty and the wall behind the sink was dirty, moldy and plain gross! The water pressure was very, very, very low. Took 40 minutes to fill the tub.(which I did not allow my kids to sit in. The pool was open, the heater was broken. Freezing cold and had a lot of scum and hair sitting on top of the water. Would not stay again!!!!
