"Awesome experience!"

This started as just a business trip but ended up being an amazing experience and that’s all because of Ahmed! He was incredible - such a great host during my stay. He was always so friendly when I would see him whether that was coming back from dinner or going down for happy hour. He also gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. My stay wouldn’t have been the same without him and he is the reason I would return!

"Outstanding Service from Jhon and Ahmed!"

Clean, comfortable hotel very conveniently located next to Union Station and the Hill for a lobbying/advocacy conference. The bar and restaurant were unfortunately closed, which limited our options. However, a very thoughtful staff-based recommendation QR code of the immediate area’s offerings and free grab-n-go style continental breakfast was offered daily. By far, the standouts were Jhon and Ahmed. Warm, personable, and some of the other staff, who I will graciously leave nameless, could learn from their hospitality. Ahmed went above and beyond with his big personality, thoughtful recommendations, and kindness. As a female leaving town alone, he personally walked me to the train station (taking my ridiculously heavy suitcase) in tow. He refused any compensation, stating he does it “for a smile”. I am endlessly grateful, and I hope his management reads this review and recognizes what an outstanding employee they have. He is what hospitality is about.

It was great that they have bikes available but they are not well maintained (falling apart) and the helmets were worse.

"Great and convenient stay"

This was an amazing stay. The rooms were clean and well kept. Service was friendly and the spot is super convenient for travels. Adam & Ahmed at the front desk were super friendly and excellent hosts.
