The whole experience was such a lovely surprise. But honestly, the Beef Tataki starter and the mash with mains were AMAZING! Really great spot for an intimate, yet delicious meal.

Location is great.

1. I had booked the room for the previous night as i was landing at 7am. when i got there i was made to wait for 25 mins till the room was made ready. defeats the purpose of booking the room for an extra night! 2. During the day, 2:30pm, there was loud drilling and banging in the next room to me. i had to cut a work call short. No warning given or anything. very very disappointing. 3. Room was cleaned, but no towels were given - they came about 5 hours later in the afternoon / early evening. absurd. 4. To get to the gym / pool, you literally have through a worksite.

The breakfast was abundant and diverse. The staff were very attentive and friendly and proffesional

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The tennis court is unusable due to its condition, and the sauna is extremely disappointing it’s just a small room with a hitting. The room itself was far below expectations. The TV is not even a smart TV, which is surprising for a hotel that claims to offer a luxury experience. On top of that, the refrigerator makes a constant noise throughout the day and night, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably.
