It was a lovely stay. Saleem was great in the restaurant and everything I wanted available

Service was very slow, phone was not picked by front disk, had to go down twice during my 6 night stay for assistant. Second day of our stay we receive a phone call from front disk at 3pm asking us if we are planning that day to stay or checkout… embarrassing !! The facility was kind of outdated. Needs more staff and better training.

Nice stay

The hotel is very old and haven't been renovated for quite some time. The valet workers are always sleepy and sitting inside the hotel and are not there when you need them even if they see you pull over they wouldn't come to you! You have to go inside and call them and wait for them to wake up. Same case with bill boys, they wouldn't come to help you if your carrying luggage unless you call them your self; this is not the experience you should get from a 5 stars hotel.

Close to Jeddah International shopping center and Solidaire Center on AlNahda street featuring many restaurants and food outlets.

very nice hotel with an amazing location

Great hotel with walking distance to many restaurants and shopping mall. Wifi connection great and the gym is well equipped. only negative is that it was not possible to take a hot shower(room 623)

It was good.there was very strange attitude from the restaurant who insisted to get cash payment instead of registration on the room bill

The staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome. However what lets the hotel down is its condition. It needs upgrading and fast! Jeddah is full of good hotels and in order to compete it really needs to renovate the whole place. However, a plus point was the price!
