The check in staff was not helpful at all. I was booked for two bed room and was given one bed room. I tried to explain to the front desk this is not what I asked for and he kept saying it is Expedia problem and not his since I did the booking through Expedia. At first, he even said my booking was made for one bed and not too. I had to pull my booking to show it to him and then he started blaming Expeding and told me to follow up with them. He did not provide any solutions to my problem rather than kept saying it is not his problem. No going back for sure

The condition of the shower and the bathroom is not acceptable for a 3 or 4 star hotel ! The rest is ok

Telephone was strange to me as there was notelephone instruction and could not understand how to use it/ very bad exerience as I had to go to the reception that was not helpful ingeneral the service was below standard

Was a comfortable one, only issue being that my room was facing interior of the hotel - which means no sunlight. Was a bit wiered, I asked for a room change but there weren't any available.

i had requested a room for handicapped. We had arrived at 8:30, and were made to wait until mis night to get the propper room; as the too was underground renovation!!!!

One would expect a little more from a hotel this category. Even though I was informed it was recently renovated, the hotel was outdated and not that well kept.
