Le Meridien Jeddah

Reception staff needs more training. Rest was reasonably good. Breakfast was 98 SAR, which was very expensive given the limited variety available. Location was good.

Although the hotel is supposedly renovated it still looks and feels very old. All in all I would classify it as a typical 3 star hotel compared to other hotels in Saudi Arabia.

I asked for Wake up call never wakes me three times , I asked for plate and knife they said call some one else and inspoke to duty manager but calress staff and I think management too , No one cares I spoke to night Manager very very rude for wake up call and coffe and orange juice , the taxi came and still did not deliver it to me ,and I was late for the taxi , I will never stay in this hotel and I will make sure who goes to jeddah don't stay with le maridien jeddah, No one will service you unless you give them Tips I think they should the logo from them very bad experience and I had also guests facing problems with the hotel and staff no one will serve you unless you pay them Tips otherwise they will give you lies so you need to be service what can you do and the night Manager very rude never experience like this one and I travel all the time and stayed in all the hotels . This hotel not even a star not give stars and I feel sorry for the guests who staying with them God help them , very Rude staff and Middle management too , I asked to speak with the GM of this hotel they just telling he is not here he dost work late or early unbelievable experience and I will make sure from my company and the people I know never stay in this Rude , old , and unprofessional staff

Very good hotel comfortable room with nice staff and good location near markets

The hotel is in a great location. However, the challenge for Saudis is to understand what customer service is. They have no idea what that is.

Every thing is good, but most hotels around the world offer free internet in their rooms, but in this hotel there are some floors with internet and others without it!! So, we have to pay more to book in these floors!! Why? It is cheap in general, make it free for guests.

Great hotel but the hotel staff is extremely lazy; i asked for a weight scale and I kept getting an answer that they cant find it. ii asked for a weight check at conceige and they told me it was broken; even though I used it night before for another suitcase. breakfast is $30 / person / morning. Location is amazing and rooms were clean.

Suprisingly managed to get this hotel for a very cheap rate. Filipino market is in front, a bit dated but worth going to see the turtles

Hotel a bit tired and in need of refurbishment - which customers are informed is planned. Wifi internet access was very poor with frequent drop out when calling people on facetime. Pool area has high walls which mean no sun from 4pm onwards - very disappointing ! Gym was reasonable compared with some very poor gym facilities at hotels in the area.

Reasonable quality...need to clean behind the furniture, not just the areas where people walk. Friendly staff. Surprised that Wi-fi not available as part of the room package considering the cost of the room.
