Size of the room was great. Breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. There was no shampoo or conditioner— all three bottles were filled with shower gel, even though they were labeled “shampoo,” “conditioner,” and “shower gel.”

I don't know how this hotel has such good reviews. The sink if outside of the bathroom in the bedroom with carpet in front of it. The carpet in the room was kind of nasty. The lighting in the room was bad. The TV wasn't good. It's like they tried to give it a face lift but it didn't work. The towels were old and dingy. They said they have food at night at the bar and they do not. They have frozen food in the lobby that you can microwave.
