Everything, this hotel is a perfect get away gorgeous hotel, amazing room, cloud like bed, amazing friendly staff that go beyond the word hospitality, a perfect weekend! Will be back again and again!!!

Staff very friendly and informative

Bed was extremely soft, which set off my back pain. The restaurant is currently closed which meant having to drive after day off wine tasting

We liked the decor and the atmosphere of the place. The gardens were lovely to walk around. We also enjoyed the view around the chateau.

The facilities were lovely, but not very well maintained. The spa had broken jets and dirt along the side, the back of the TV unit was falling off, the balcony had rotted wood all along it and the fridge was making loud buzzing noises the whole evening. We knew that resturant was closed for dinner for some reason, but the hotel didnt offer any other alternatives for food, other than a cheese board. The room that we recieved also looked alot different from the photos online. There were also no staff around after 5pm and no one serving drinks at the bar the whole time we were there. We checked in at 2pm and we felt very alone.

Location is excellent - beautiful gardens and lovely old building and friendly staff

My couch and seating needed to be re-apholstered -very uncomfortable and horrible to sit on. Considering we are in the yarra valley would have been nice to have a fire-but as no staffinf none available
