Baymont Inn and Suites Douglasville Atlanta

I think they may be getting ready to renovate. When we left there was a sign saying no rooms available.

I reserved a smoking room, which was given away before i checked in, and i was made to pay an extra deposit for a non- smoking room. Which i didn't reserve...

Was a smoking room with no ashtrays. There was only 1 trashcan with no extra bags. Bath stopper did not work so no bath. Found roaches. None of the vending machines worked on either floor and ice machine not working either

Cheap, unclean rooms. Staff never at the front desk poorly ran.

Check in staff in the after noon, was very nice and friendly, wish I could remember her name. Would give a personalized shout out to her.

The room was filthy and everything was broken in the room the health department would close this room down do not stay there if at all possible it is a terrible hotel to stay in we were worried we would get shot in our sleep or robbed

The staff was friendly even after some confusing about being over booked then not overbooked. The guest were rude. Very loud all hours of the night

Rooms were not as nice as advertised. Tile was used to support the bed frame. Made noise all-night long

My Family & I Walked In To A Smelly Room which had Wet Stains on the blankets and stain on the sheets which looked like urine SMH...We Picked Our Belongings Up and Left That Room!!! Drove 6hrs For A Family Springbreak Trip Ended Up Spending another 1hrs 1/2 Looking For A Better Hotel with vacant rooms

Staff was rude. In a non smoking room the top cover had cigarette burns and strange white stains.
