Horrible place don't come here! Treat people very badly, do not deserve your money and there are better places to stay! Who would throw a grandma and a little girl out in the middle of the night? These people have no heart! TripAdvisor makes you keep writing and that's bull crap

If all inmates were transferred from their current prison cells to this place, I would fight to stop it as it would be considered cruel & unusual punishment to them. This place was the biggest freaking dump that I have ever been to; spots on the ceilings & walls, junk beds, awful pillows & bedding, but they made up for it with low batteries beeping in the smoke detectors in the halls. The best is they charge a $50 deposit on the room & literally send someone to go & check the room to make sure nothing was taken before you can get it back at checkout. Yes, I'm going to take your sandpaper grit pillows & 10 thread count bed sheets & brillow pad towels! I think this place was constructed by devil, but even he was like "yeah, maybe I went a little too far with this one...."

Bed had blood on it. Non smoking room smelt like smoke. Hair on towels. Stains on pillowcases. Fridge had mold in it. Bugs crawling across floor. Sink and shower clogged with so much hair water would not drain out. Sink filled with water almost overflowing with just washing hands. There was no breakfast only muffins. They took an extra $100 off my card and had no idea why or how it happened.

Place was very disappointing. Had roaches crawling & no breakfast as mentioned.

Shampoo in shower was 1/2 full - had been previously used, hair in sink. Room hasn't been cleaned well - trash on tables. We'd been promised a room with 2 beds, but were given one with a king and chair that opened into a plastic covered "bed"; all the pillows were covered with plastic. No coffee maker or microwave in room - thought every hotel in the world had at least a coffee maker. Rod came off curtain, so it couldnt be closed completely.

I didn't like anything about this place it was roach-infested dirty, the refrigerator was frozen to the point where the door wouldn't close, leaking water on the floor. I wouldn't refer my worth enemy to stay in that place.

Fifthly and disgusting horrible experience.i will never stay here again nor recommend this place. Drug heads everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person or animals. Please clean the hotel it is seeking immediately attention

They charge 50.00 deposit at check in. Beds are hard no coffee and no free breakfast

Was charged for both a early check in and also charged for a late checkout which I’ve never heard before. Got bitten my something in the room.
