I was upgraded from a double bed room to a king.

this place was a literal nightmare to stay at. online this place seems like a nice affordable inn close to atlanta, however, upon arrival you soon realize that this place is a shelter. when we first walked in we noticed that the room had not been cleaned as there were clothing and other personal items left behind. there is little to no light in the rooms and it smelled of mold. the air conditioning is on a timer at all times. the fridge is filled with water as it isn’t nearly cool enough for anything you put inside. there are ants roaches and plenty of other critters in the rooms. the back parking lot is a hang out for the “long stay residents” and is overall a scary and dark place to be. there are homeless people living here for $100 a month while tourist pay that price for the night. they don’t give guest any amenities as it is strictly for “long stay guest”. there are all types of people living there. we saw couples fighting, people pouring out grease from the food they cooked, a man you stalked my cousin and I that seems mentally challenged and much more. after the first night we talked to some people and realized that the manager of the hotel is also the manager of the gas station down the road and that this place was in fact a shelter. we decided that this place was not a good fit for us as two of the people in my party have cancer and are very ill. when we went to the front desk to cancel the rest of our nights they could not find the paperwork or any indication that

Breakfast was not great I'm diabetic had nothing for me to enjoy

It was kind of run-down vending machines did not work they turn the pool into exercise room too many people running the hallways that live there so I can pot

We liked the location but the snack machine and drink machine were out of order. Our sink in the room was backed up and the front desk clerk gave us a plunger but we were unable to get it to drain. We checked out a day earlier.

Check in was a breeze and out stay was awesome.

I wasn’t impressed at all. It took 30 minutes to check in. I had to pay a non smoking deposit for one night stay. Very inconvenient. I won’t be back. I was also very unimpressed by the customer service. The night representative was very impolite. I had to call him three times to check into the room.

They had roach men roaming the halls would not give refunds

Condition overall was OK, showing age. Frt desk staff less than friendly
