Nastiness places I have ever stayed! Tampon in the heater. My wife wouldnt get underneath the blankets. Said she sleep in car first.

Hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation. It took 3 hrs for the manager to finally agree to give us a room and it was filthy. Smelled like marijuana and poorly cleaned. Also charged a return key charge but there isn’t a place to place keys when you check out early in the morning. Horrible experience and inconvenience. Would never recommend.

It was ok, however, you can tell that the room was not cleaned probably. There were roaches in the bathroom and when I opened the main door of the room a Tom of roaches scattered. The smoke detector was removed leaving exposed wires. The sheets had stains the pillowcases were dirty with black stains. The bed was comfortable but I was uncomfortable with the “cleanliness” of the room. Would not recommend. I would not stay here again.

There were 2 young girls hanging outside on their phones and nobody at the front desk. Finally, the girls came in and went behind the front desk to check us in. First they changed our rate which had been booked on their website directly from $72 to $96. Then they forced us to pay $50 because we were staying in a non-smoking room stating if they smelled smoke after we left they would keep my $50 and not refund me. The room was a nightmare. The clock was broken and lying on the floor behind the end table by the bed. The remote control to the t.v. was broken and taped up. It did not work with the t.v. and there were no buttons on the t.v. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone in the room did not work at all. We had no access to the hotel by phone. There was no soap in the bathroom. They had left used items on the sink. I picked up the miniature lotion to use it, and it was already half used, which is a COVID Violation. None of the vending machines worked. I was also cussed out by housekeeping for complaining to the front desk manager at check out. Nothing was done to this woman and the main manager or owner never contacted me back. The Wyndham customer care agents were rude as if I was bothering them at home over their weekend off when they were getting paid to answer calls from home. Nobody helped us at all. It was a nightmare.

It was rated 2 Stars but it didn't live up to it's rating (If that tells you anything). The room wasn't clean. There was packed dirt behind the bathroom door that hadn't been moved in a while. The inside electrical panel of the room door had wires sticking out of it. There was no breakfast to speak of and the coffee was out of a decanter in paper cups! They say you get what you pay for - not in this case!

This place was disgusting. There were roaches. Homes less people hanging out all over the property begging for money and cigarettes. Speaking to my children who are teenage girls. Smelly place, staff was ready to get off.

The staff was terribly rude, we were locked out of our room because the staff forgot to take a deposit on our non smoking roo.. they did not call me on my cell and asked just locked us out. They were rude and inconsiderate.

Wonderful

This was a last minute decision because the other hotel lost my reservation and I was kinda forced to stay here. They charge an extra $50 for a non smoking room, which you get back at check out but the bed sprwad had burn holes in it and the bathroom stains from cigarette burns on the sink and such. The sheets and blankets were nasty. Hard crusty stuff on the blankets. The room was nasty. The floor was dirty, room and bathroom. The staff were pleasant but the room was just gross. Nope won't be staying there again.

Any hotel that would kick a grandma and her granddaughter out on the street for giving a bad review does not deserve another guest in their establishment. Appalling ! Calling the police so they can be evicted, and the police complying with this complaint makes them culpable as well!
