BEWARE of this property, the rooms are not cleaned very well, a lot of rusting in the rooms. This company took my deposit and will not give it back. They told me I had 7 days to get my deposit and they did not honor it. I don't know why it just didn't go back onto my card. Manager would not come out and talk, only sent her staff member that was very RUDE! I would advise anyone to steer clear of this property you will be disappointed. This property should be torn down or completely remodeled starting with the staff! I will not EVER come back here and will advise others as well.

Customer service was very poor. Rooms was nasty awful smell throughout the halls. I have missing items from when they put my stuff out into the storage hall over miscommunication. I’ve never experienced such disrespect. One thing I know when you look at the reviews majority is poor so there’s something to look at everybody can’t be wrong especially when it’s obvious

"Houskeeping didn't properly stock"

There was no waste basket in the room at all. There was no kleenex in the container at all. Dead bugs on the floor, one crawling on the tv screen. The side of the bathtub was dirty. Hallway stinks.

Was there for a funeral and I hotel was clean and they even asked if I needed clean sheets and towels. And I was able to get a smoking room

Worst experience! Made you check in at an outside window. It’s 10°!! Got to the room and the ac was on! Switched it to heat and it started blowing cold air. Called the front desk and was completely ignored. They also made me pay a deposit that was not disclosed at the time of booking. Blankets dirty. I expected more from Baymont. Wyndham properties have gone down the last few years. Won’t stay at any of their properties again!
