There is no way in hell id ever stay there again. The guy at reception? wade? or whatever his name is, is an absolute pig. shocking customer service. i hated my stay. he was rude, short and non helpful

Older hotel but has history and character.nice and close to queen st mall.

Property was in the perfect location for me, I had an appointment right next door which is why I chose this hotel. Its an older property, but well maintained and very clean. The front desk staff were lovely and the restaurant was great as well. (I didnt have breakfast, just dinner). My room was HUGE though a little dated, it was again clean and very comfortable. The kitchen with kettle, etc etc was great and there was a big tv, couch, dinig table and desk plus the bed. My only room complaint would be the shower head could really use replacing, but it still worked, just could have been better! I would definitely recomend this hotel and will stay again.

Air con unit stopped working during the middle of the night and there was no timer it just crashed was unable to turn it back on with an error message flashing on the unit. The “Queen” bed was two very stiff single beds pushed together was extremely uncomfortable in the middle of the bed were the edge of the beds met. TV remote was old and outdated it was so difficult to press in changing the channel was easier to just get up and do it manually which became annoying.

Was great apart from the noisy soccer kids and slamming doors and broken slow lift situations

Close to CBD and shopping easy walk down the hill to Southbank,
