Great location with easy travel options to get around

Good position close to transport, shops etc. toiletries could have been better.

I liked the cleanliness & the staff were very helpful , i didn't like the way you have to reach around a glass screen to turn the taps on for a shower . I was very dissapointed i wasn't able to have a hot shower for the 3 nights i was there , the water was luke warm . I was also unhappy about the bedding, the mattress & pillows were not very comfortable .

Hotel was great. Close to the footy n center of the city. Burst water main just down the street, never seen that before lol. Good win at the casino

This room was of a great standard for the price we paid. Very happy. The location is perfect also.

Convenient location near station for train to and from airport. Very close to town but still quiet.

The location is great close walk to city or near hospitals on Wickham Tce. Rooms were clean but tired. Issue we had was with door locks and not being able to get into our room and also other guests were having the same issue with their card access not working. Very frustrating.

I liked the location suited our needs. Communication and respect is very poor. We were told blatant lies by all staff.

This was literally the weirdest hotel I have stayed at. The owners clearly are not happy about keeping it open and have made no recent investment. The reception guy didn't even say hi and it was as though I was bothering him. The weirdest thing was the empty Jagermeister bottles in the display cabinets near the elevators. The room itself was straight out of the 70s.
