The staff are always willing to assist the car parking facilities are excellent the proximity to the CBD easy

Good value for the price,staff were friendly,rooms basic but comfortable close to everything

Front desk staff was bit rude when we checked in. Had to go back to front desk as our door key didn’t work. Room was not as clean as it should be.

The room passed the clean test. It had most modern amenities. It was a good size for a hotel room. The hot water was hot and plentiful. View was amazing. TV sucked. You couldn't get HD channels (blank). The sound from the other rooms was very loud. I woke several times during the night to the very clear sounds of merry revelers returning to their rooms. The location is excellent. Near the Central station and close to food and entertainment,

Room was great just the customer service was really poor. Gave me directions i did not understand and spoke rudely to me and my guests

Large and comfortable room with all amenities required. All staff very pleasant. Not liked poor positioning of shower head over bath.

This hotel false advertises apartments when they are hotel rooms the rooms are dirty tv didn’t work for sometime no water pressure in the shower and was told no rollaway bed when they did have rollaway beds . Service was ok and close to the City but rooms need to be updated as they are out of date .

The first desk clerk was not real helpful when i dropped off my bags. The one on duty when i checked in was great. Very helpful and courteous.
