InterContinental Real San Pedro Sula by IHG

I really like this hotel in San Pedro Sula, my stay was pleasant and comfortable.

My recent experience at this Intercontinental in SPS was excellent. The check in was smooth and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The bellman, Oscar Hernandez, truly went above and beyond from the minute I stepped foot onto the property. He was very hospitable and kind. He was cheerful in the mornings which set my day off on the right foot. Oscar's customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you Oscar!!

The hotel is great, clean, comfortable, and well-located. Despite the pool and the bar area being renovated, no issues or disturbances were perceived. However, the food was not great, and the buffet that they had for breakfast, lunch, or dinner was not aligned with the quality of the facility. I stayed 1 night only. Rooms are spacious, plainly decorated, comfortable bed. To my surprise the swimming pool was closed. The pool was one of the reasons to book this hotel. I had dinner at the restaurant Bambu, ok sushi rolls, not great. Overall overpriced hotel, more than US$200 per night. No breakfast was included.

Hotel is fantastic in location. Rooms are delightful. Pool and pool deck is great. Breakfast buffet is real nice. How we all other food for dinner and lunch was mushy and not flavorful. Steak and pork over cooked. Not so good. I would work on retraining chef or get a new one.

Check in was quick and profesional but they didnt know I am a IHG member, believe thats something the hotel should know and not the customer. Small negative, but person was friendly and courteous.

Nice clean
