Everyone was so friendly & it smelled nice & clean as soon as we walked in the lobby & our room. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Hotel had no microwave available for use (entire hotel!)

Food was very good no kind of breakfast even holiday inn giver free continental breakfast for half the price of a rooms couldn't wait to relax and go to spa prices on brochure were high never let me today to have a new price rises of july i know as big as company as you guys are marketing should have had new brochures mad instead the a receptionist at the spa. I don't tell anybody about the price races. Until after the massage, the massage is nut, the best for $200. That would have never been. Just catching an appointment if I knew that.

Check in was great, friendly staff. Room was nice and comfortable. Then we went to eat and have a couple drinks. We had the buffet for $75 it was terrible! Drinks were ok in the bar and grill. Then the main reason we came was to relax in the hot tub pool area which was closed due to construction. We were never told it was closed due to construction even when we asked the check in lady where it was. Overall we went to bed disappointed. Unless you're just gambling and having drinks that's all this place was good for. Will not return or recommend!

The casino was so smoky from cigarettes that it was very uncomfortable fos us and we had to end our trip early, because of having to breathe in the cigarette smoke. We was supposed to have free WIFI in our room, but we could not connect to the internet in our room. Calls to the front desk to resolve the problem were useless, as the employee was not trained to deal with WIFI did not connect us with another employee with skills to resolve the problem.. The hotel was clean and the employees were respectful overall.
