Our room was excellent. We tried to eat at two different restaurants that was not successful. We were seated but never waited in at the restaurant where it was sports related. We left there and went to the restaurant by the new member check in. We waited 15 minutes at least in line and some customers walked up in the other line and were immediately waited on. We then went to the Steakhouse and were very pleased. The food and the service were above expectations.

My overall stay was very nice. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. The bathroom had plenty of towels. The only thing I didn’t like was no microwave in the room. And the bathroom had no vent. So the bathroom was streamed up from showering. But overall my stay was nice.

Check in went smoothly and staff was courteous. When we got to our room, it had not been cleaned. We were given the option to have it cleaned or switch rooms. After 3 hours, ended up switching rooms. They refunded our resort fee and comped us some meal money. Couldn’t do more because I had booked through Expedia.
