thr room was not worth the money i paid

The room was nice and clean. Did double beds. Both beds were worn down on the sides. No good food. No buffets anymore. Snack fast food. Got a salad with chicken and the boiled eggs and chicken were old. Not going back to Tunica. We went to ride the boat and since Covid it hasn't come back. And that is why there's no buffets. They do have buffet on weekends. For $59.99 So sad.

Friendly workers

A group of friends and I booked three separate rooms for one night while seeing a show at the Horseshow. During the stay all three rooms had electronic keys that wouldn't work and had to be replaced in the front lobby. It happened to my keys three times. Twice at night and then the next morning. Two of the times I had to wait outside the room for a security officer to reset the lock (about a 15 to 20 minute wait) each time. Two of four elevators were out of service which didn't help the repeat front lobby visits for keys. Not cool for the price paid.

No chairs to sit at we didn’t have anywhere to sit and eat in room.

Room was very nice, beds and pillows comfortable.

We had a great time during our stay. We booked a King- non smoking room but we think the room had previously been used as a smoking room because it still reeked like stale cigarettes. As former smokers, we smelled it right away. Luckily we had brought a can of air freshener with us. We would have given an excellent rating if not for this. Other than this, our stay was great!
