The dining availability hours and service is limited Monday-Wednesday. Plus the attitude of some of the staff to others I witnessed was rude in the Rise Kitchen dining area

First time in Tunica. Won’t be back. Hotel, casino, etc., average at best. Just not a great place. Biloxi casinos are much nicer.

Only one elevator was working

It was just a solo weekend getaway, so I booked a room for the holiday weekend. I enjoyed the spa, room service, restaurant.

When I checked in I was charged $82, the staff have been so rude, and the room smells like tons of smoke.

Over Rated for the Cost

We have stayed here numerous times. They have changed many features and trying to keep everything new and do better than others in the area. For some reason the buffet was closed with no explanation. This is always big part of staying here. That’s why the the four instead of 5 star this time.

We had just checked in and were in our room. Someone knocked and then came into our room saying she was making sure we checked in ok?!?! The next morning while the belllhop was packing our luggage i dropped his $10 tip on the ground. I kept looking for it and finally told him i lost it. It was crumbled up in his hand and he said "oh i picked this up on the floor. " so suspect and sketchy.

The casino rooms need a little TLC/remodeling. The view was great from 26th floor. It was an easy walk to the Horseshoe Casino which was a nice to grab dinner on a Monday night. They won’t allow you to bring your own baggage up and down on a porter cart, so getting on your way in the morning was slow going.

several of the restaurants were closed during week hours, and no quest laundry although they advertised that there was laundry available.
