Aura House Isla Verde

I would only give 2 stars for location, byt otherwise the propeert itself was less than average. The Wifi never worked, we messaged to alert the property but they did not arrive to fix it until the day we left. Thet bathroom was moldy on the sid of the vanity sink and the bathroom didnt look clean. The sofa was falling apart, the neighbors in the other apartment were loud in the shared space and smoking weed. Thank god ww only had to stay 1 night, would not book again.

I stayed here for 4 day and unfortunately no one got back to me about how I wasn’t going to have WiFi for all the days I stayed. The tvs don’t work because they need the WiFi. Please don’t stay here.

Leaks on the room everywhere, place was hard to find. Mop was on the floor for some reason. Bathroom had nasty smell. WiFi doesn’t work and the guy charges extra $50 if you pass 11am check out time. We only stayed because our flight got cancelled late night and following next flight was 4pm the following day.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. We had internet access and the bed was very comfortable.

The place wasnt bad but definitely not what was advertised in pictures. Not 100% clean and nothing but not extremely dirty. Shower was broken and took long for water to turn hot. No windows felt like a prison kind of.

Fraud owners that do not honor a refund that they authorized due to unhygienic and unsanitary conditions. STAY AWAY

El hotel no tenia agua se lo informamos y no hicieron nada a el respecto. Nos hicieron sentir que el problema era nuestro y debiamos buscar el agua si la necesibamos. Tubimps que comprar cubetas para ambas habitaciones y10 galones de agua diario Realmente fue una pesadilla unica.

My spouse and I spent three days here. While the location is great—close to the beach and several restaurants—we were disappointed by a few things. The towels had an unpleasant smell, and there was a lot of noise from the hallway; we could hear every step, and people were shouting during the night. It affected the quality of our stay. We asked to extend our stay by just one hour, but were told it would cost an additional $50. There was also no place to store our luggage after check-out, so we gave up on the idea.

Everything is great, however the kitchen can do a little better.
