Aura House Isla Verde

Para comenzar, tienen dos conplejos que se llaman igual. El GPS nos dejó en el segundo complejo. Entramos con la clave, pero el apartamento que reservamos se identifica con letra. Al llamar al contacto de reservación no respondian. Mi pareja comenzó a dar vueltas por los apartamentos incluyendo el primer complejo y asi pudo encontrar la reservación. Llamamos a otros números, escribimos por la app y tampoco respondian. Como a la media hora nos informan que era otro complejo, pero ya lo habiamos encontrado. Las fotos que muestran en la app son de otro complejo mucho mas lindo, no del que nos quedamos. Uno de los televisores no tenia control. Los receptaculos no tenian corriente, solo multiplug de la cocina. Y habia una gotera del techo en el area del comedor. Por lo demas estuvo bien. Buena cama, aire, buen baño. Cerca de todo en Isla Verde. Si tiene parking aunque la app dice que no. En general estuvo bastante bien, solo esos detalles.

We had a really disappointing experience at this place. We tried calling the host for over 3 hours and never got a response, which left us stuck without access. When we finally got in, the space was dirty and clearly not prepared for a new guest. The showerhead was also hanging and barely attached, which made using it very uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, poor communication and lack of basic maintenance really ruined the stay.

Las instalaciones sucias, faltas de atención y mantenimiento. Nadie sabía donde estaba mi habitación. Después de 8 llamadas, me respondieron que ellos estaban en “Bali” y que no sabían qué habitación me tocaba. Después de mas de 3 horas nos tuvimos que ir y quedarnos en otro hotel. NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE QUEDARSE AQUI!!!!

Pros: Great location, close to beach and supermarkets, suggestions of places in guest house helped a lot. A/c worked great. Quick responses to any needs. Cons: Construction going on, so it was noisy overall. Paper thin walls so you could hear other’s conversations. Few towels.

Very comfy bed, nice towels, but no wash clothes, and mini coffee cups

Renter be aware of this place. It's not what it is on pictures. 1. When we arrive there was water all over the floor. My daughter-in-law slipped and fell. Turns out to be the refrigerator was unplugged and it was leaking. No one seemed to care about the situation so I threw towels on the floor and waited till the next day. 2. I requested to clean the room. No one came and I had to purchase toilet paper at Walgreens down the street because no one seemed to care as well. 3. The lights went out in the building and again I called them 93 number and I was told that it was because FEMA blew out in the entire block. Come to notice or come to find out the next day that it was the generator that blew & so we were out of light service or AC for a day and a half. ITS NOT WORTH IT!
