Aura House Isla Verde

The staff doesn’t clean in between guest. We wanted to extend our trip a day but wasn’t able to add on to the reservation so did a separate reservation. In total we stayed there 2 nights. After the first night we had to check out because the reservation was only for one night, and had to check into the other room reservation that same day, well we ended up getting the same room, and we though we would come back to a clean room (since two different reservations) well when we came to check back in it’s wasn’t clean. We also learned that the doors didn’t lock, this whole time we thought we were locking it. On top of that the power goes out so we don’t have water or electricity. We ended up checking out that morning so not sure if it got fixed but was overall not a great experience

The roof is leaking and they didn't send someone to clean the room. They reserved my room at the same time as my reservation.

I liked the environment that it felt safe, secure & private. The first day the place we found to have breakfast was a far walk & expensive, however, we soon realized that the supermarket one block away was cheap & sweet. I liked that we didn't have to worry about keys and sharing keys since all the locks were digital. I didn't like that there was not a direct person to talk to with any questions. For example, one day there was confusion when I asked for the room to be cleaned, but due to misunderstanding I returned expecting the room to be cleaned, but it wasn't. However, except for this one hiccup it was smooth sailing and I understand it helps to keep costs down.

It was good. Places in the area to eat and drink. It was quiet. The room door was not secure, someone looking for a swimming pool open my room door by mistake. It was no swimming pool in the building.everything else was good.

min walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and bars.

It’s a great hotel for the price! Very accessible to San Juan and a lot of restaurants nearby.

It was close to Condado Beach!
