Aura House Isla Verde

Fault advertising, hot water never came up no closet, I thought I closed the door with lock to realize we slept with the door open. No receptionist at the front desk. If it was up to me I would send inspection to look around the place. Plus is like a guest house not hotel Very dissatisfied

The gate with a code was broken so anyone could just enter. The windows opened even if they were closed it could still be opened.The room smelled like it wasn’t cleaned and it smelled dusty .walls are very thin. bed blocked the door to open the bathroom. The beds wooden planks were all fallen so we had to lift up the bed to fix them

Doors do not lock. Location is very limited space.

Beautiful room. It needed a microwave inside the room instead of just the common area. They were and hour late sending me my room number and door code so I was locked out past the check in time.

At the time of check in we had no way of verifying we had a room and the number they had for customer service was non responsive . We were left outside of the hotel with no help from anyone to get into the hotel . Once I was able to get a hold of someone which wasn’t until 2 hrs after my check in time . It was to my pleasant suprise that the door to my hotel had no lock ….. anyone could have came in whenever they please. I contacted the property via text message and they were un responsive . For anyone looking to book this hotel think twice !!!! High disappointed

The property is in great accessible area. still too dark at night.

Everything was great! The few things I have feedback on is the lack of storage, hooks or towel racks. I noticed water damage in the communal area. I think that if the rooms were nicely updated to match the vibe of the rest of the hotel, it would be five stars. That said, I would stay here again!

Our stay at the pelican Poshtel was good. Our first night was miserable. Our room was very small and the air conditioning didn’t work. But once I went the staff a message they offered another room which was way better then our room. It was way better and the air was working wonderful LOL. Overall our stay was good great location for places to walk to good parking in front of the building area was so quite. I would stay again as long as I don’t get that small room again.

I didn’t see any staff the whole time I was there.
