Extended Stay America Select Suites - Phoenix - Scottsdale - North

Sam is a great manger always helping out and ree ree is great also love extended stay america and been staying here for almost 2 years

I was flying into Phoenix unexpectedly and didn’t have a place to stay so I made a reservation at extended stay in Scottsdale for 3 nights. I received a confirmation code from hotels.com. At about 800pm on 10/7 I went to check in and the Front Desk turned me away. They had a big sign taped on their lobby door that said “Sold Out” I explained that I had made a reservation that day and she responded that this happens a lot with third parties. She said there wasn’t anything she could do about it so I scrambled and found another hotel that had availability. I checked my AmEx card a few days later acre saw that I was charged for one night. I tried getting in touch with hotels.com with no luck so I’ve started the process of AmEx trying to get my money back.

Experience was awesome everybody is friendly the staff is amazing staff is patient and are willing to go above and beyond for their residents.

Loud fan, fridge didnt work, complicated tv, walls and sink stained.

It sucked, I reserved though Expedia. Once I arrived there was a sign stating that all rooms were occupied so to call a number. Once I called they stated there was no rooms so I was out of luck and it was 12 am.
