"Smh"

The location is fine and the front desk was friendly enough . But I would expect a 3 star hotel to have mattress covers on the beds. I have double room and neither bed has any type of cover whatsoever on the bed. And I asked for one and the housekeeper said they dont have any.....the floor wasn't swept there's no coffeemaker no iron no blow dryer. No disposable cups . No kleenex.

Luke warm water, locked out of my room several times due to my key card not working, they tried to double charge me resulting in me having to wait 20 minutes in the lobby to check in.

have been staying here for many years NO Breakfast ! they did have Coffee in the past but that is GONE NOW ! !

better curtains to restrict out side security lighting from getting into the room while trying to sleep NO COFFEE !
